The opportunity
- Understand demand and allocate the firm’s Audit resources efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Ensuring early engagement in the engagement planning process to drive a positive employee experience through alignment of people capabilities to project needs creating positive business outcomes.
Your key responsibilities
- Keep the planning tool up to date
- Identify planning conflicts and propose adequate solutions.
- Support the integration and orientation of new hires through the construction of their planning.
- Review and approve vacation requests according to planning constraints and general guidelines.
- Ensure efficient utilization of the auditor’s time.
- Acting as back-up for other Planning team members.
Skills and attributes for success
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in business operations or similar.
- You are process oriented, a logical thinker, have an eye for details and enjoy solving riddles.
- You are dependable, well organized and flexible. You feel comfortable taking decisions and prioritizing effectively.
- You possess excellent communication skills.
- You are a positive thinker and a team player.
- You have a thorough command of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- You are fluent in English.
- Prior internship or experience in planning or project management is a plus.
