Dennemeyer & Associates (D&A), a globally recognized law firm specializing in Intellectual Property, is looking for a Junior Commercial and Marketing Specialist to support our commercial initiatives and enhance our online presence. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Commercial Product Manager and Sales team, helping to support business growth, shape our brand and create compelling content. While a legal background isn’t essential, the ability to communicate effectively with legal professionals is a must.

Your Responsibilities

Commercial Support & Marketing:

  • Contribute to the development of commercial strategies to support business growth and client engagement.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating responses to tenders and RfPs, as well as helping to prepare commercial offers.
  • Assist the Sales team and attorneys in promoting D&A’s services by creating impactful marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and landing pages.
  • Enhance the visibility of our attorneys and their expertise through strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, new business opportunities, and competitive insights, positioning our attorneys as thought leaders in the Intellectual Property industry.


Social Media & Content Creation

  • Develop and execute engaging social media strategies to strengthen our digital presence.
  • Create compelling content, including posts, videos, infographics, and podcasts, tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Monitor social media performance, analyze key metrics, and suggest content improvements.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in social media and digital marketing.


Your Profile

  • Excellent understanding of B2B commercial context and professional service value chains
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with experience in crafting marketing materials and presentations for internal and external audiences.
  • Strong ability to create engaging content for social media, including videos, podcasts, and written posts.
  • 3 years of experience in a commercial role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Law, Marketing or highly-similar.
  • Fluent in both English and at least one additional language, such as German or French. Further linguistic skills would be an asset.
  • Interest in the Intellectual Property industry—prior experience is a plus but not required.
