Job Description
Deal execution & post lending monitoring
· To research key external information related to the transaction as well as managing in a rigorous and efficient way the information flow received
· To review the financial statements, models, commercial, legal and all other relevant due diligence key documents
· To prepare key internal documents such as credit applications, project summaries to support the senior teams
· To first review the flow of legal documentations and go through the main terms ( Term sheet review)
· To attend with the senior teams to the credit committees meetings
· To complete internal system and compliance requirements such as KYC with the support of Middle office departments
· To prepare the post lending reports and monitoring the credit events listed during the approval process
Qualifications
Profile (Technical Skills):
- Bachelor and above
- English is mandatory, Chinese or other language is an asset
- Extrovert with excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to details
- Familiar in first reviewing legal documents related particularly to acquisition financings
- High level of proficiency in excel, word and PowerPoint
