Be trusted Business Advisors by providing insightful financial advice to the business on revenue recognition, margin improvement and inventory management as well as recommending best practices for using tools and processes to drive optimum results.
- Review employees’ expenses in compliance with best practices and local expenses policies
- Bring significant issues to the attention of the Statutory Accounting Manager.
- Process employees’ expenses in gT&E.
- Preparation of expenses payments.
- Make sure employees’ expenses are paid every 2 weeks and hold payment if mandatory receipts or approvals are not granted.
- Ensure proactively all transactions are well recorded in our accounting system in due time.
- Book payrolls into the accounting system in accordance with details provided by the external provider.
- Manage payments via WebBanking tool and reconcile with the accounting system.
- Input of supplier invoices and credit note information in the internal database for approval purposes and registration in the accounting system.
- Assist the Statutory Accounting Manager and the Financial Controllers in monthly closing and in year-end closing activities
- Takes part to ad hoc statutory accounting working groups
- Proactively identification of issues

- Qualifications: eligibility requirements include the following:
- Bachelor's degree, IEP, Bac +3, college education in accounting.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Organizational, verbal and written communication skills a must
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-tasking is an asset
- Fluent in English and French. Any other language will be considered as an asset
- Stress resistant, pro-active, reliable and self-organized individual
