Description of the position
In this role, you will assist the Facility Manager in Luxembourg and the Real Estate department in achieving their goals. This position is open to a curious, well-organized person with a customer service mindset.
Responsibilities:
- You will schedule interventions for service providers and internal technicians.
- You will assist the Facility Manager in ensuring that planned work has its intervention report in the software and is validated by the technical department, enabling our Finance department to make payments.
- You will oversee the emails in the shared mailbox and distribute them fairly among team members.
- You will coordinate events for our department.
- You will be trained to assist the team in using our intervention request software.
Skills:
- Fluent in French and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of accounting is a definite plus.
- Experience in intervention planning.
- Experience in a technical environment.
- Experience/degree in the real estate sector.
- Experience/degree in the maintenance sector.
- Experience in the hotel industry or a related field.
