For this position you would be working with our client from the European institutions.
The Publications Office of the European Union, known as the Publications Office (OP), serves as the central publishing entity for European institutions. It handles the creation and distribution of EU publications across various media and formats. The Unit A.3 is responsible for the development, maintenance, and support of the Office's information systems. Currently, Unit A.3 is working on revising the business processes for producing publications and creating a Unified Production Platform (UPP) to align with an updated business model.
Below are the details of your role and requirements.
Your role
- Define strategic advice on specific initiatives
- Contribute to optimizing regulatory reporting processes
- Contribute to the implementation of AI Governance at the Commission
- Work closely with DGs to ensure effective execution of AI governance, risk and compliance aspects
- Integrate the Commission’s strategic vision and ensure alignment with business strategies, drivers, and management priorities
- Evaluate systems for discrepancies with internal guidelines
- Provide specific training and material to facilitate the adoption of AI governance and consequent adaptation of IT Systems architectures
- Support to other relevant risk, governance and compliance task on the sector activities

Who we think you are:
- At least 10 Years of experience in using industry-standard tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- At least 10 years of proven experience in regulatory compliance
- At least 10 years of proven experience working with AI and other emerging technologies.
- At least 10 years in regulatory reporting frameworks and implementation.
- At least 10 years in conducting stakeholder consultations and facilitating dialogue between technical and policy experts.
- At least 10 years in data governance and management in regulatory settings.
- At least 3 years of specific expertise in AI Architecture Design (min. competence level 4),
