infeurope is looking for a Digital Project Consultant for one of his clients based in Luxembourg.
Start of Assignment: 01/09/2025 / End of Assignment: 31/12/2025
Location of the position: Luxembourg, Kirchberg. Onsite position.
The overall objective of the position is to support client’s services in the ongoing user support, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and maintenance activities, as well as coordination and collection of requirements for digitalization projects.
ASSIGNMENT
- Support the client’s services in providing user support and assisting BuDiS colleagues in collecting requirements and testing new functionalities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective implementation of digital solutions.
- Contribute to the team working on priority topics under the Digital Ambition Programme, helping to drive forward the client’s strategic goals for digital transformation.
TASKS
- User Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support to end-users, address issues, and ensure the smooth operation of implemented solutions. Coordinate with IT for system maintenance and updates.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Define test cases, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure the quality and reliability of new functionalities before deployment.
- Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering: Conduct in-depth business analysis and collect detailed requirements from all stakeholders.
- Data Requirements & Integration: Identify the data and information needed to automate workflows. Analyze data sources and integration points.
- Technical Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams to assess and propose new functional enablers.
- Project Documentation & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date project documentation reflecting progress, completed work, and any identified risks, constraints, or dependencies. Regularly prepare status reports for senior management.
KNOWLEDGE
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digitalisation/automation and process management;
- Proven experience in the user support area;
- Good knowledge and understanding of financial products (Treasury/Capital/Lending markets).
COMPETENCES
- Excellent English oral (min level B2) and written communication/presentation skills;
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint.
