Your mission: As a member of our Risk, Regulatory and Compliance team, with expertise in depositary matters, you will work with our clients to ensure that depositary regulatory duties under UCITS and AIFMD regulations are met. You will work in all areas of the depositary business, be it for a credit institution or a PDAOFI.

Client Advisory & Regulatory Compliance
- Review clients’ depositary operating models to assess compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks (e.g. AIFMD, UCITS).
- Advise clients on strengthening their depositary model for long-term operational resilience and regulatory alignment.
- Provide strategic guidance on market best practices, risk management, and oversight procedures.
Innovation & Service Development
- Contribute to the design and rollout of innovative services tailored to depositary institutions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (tech, legal, operational) to bring digital and data-driven solutions to the depositary market.
Business Development & Industry Engagement
- Represent PwC at industry events and within the Luxembourg depositary ecosystem.
- Build and maintain client relationships and identify new business opportunities through networking and market insight.
Team Management & People Development
- Supervise junior team members on assignments and actively support their training and professional growth.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team culture aligned with PwC values.
Let’s talk about you. If you are/have…
- Hold a Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Law,
- Have a minimum of five years of experience working within depositaries in Luxembourg,
- Are familiar with the regulatory framework applicable to depositaries in Luxembourg,
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask,
- Are precise, rigorous, and equipped with strong analytical skills,
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and a sound business mindset, enabling you to build trusted relationships with colleagues and clients,
- Enjoy working in a diverse and multicultural environment,
- Are comfortable using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel,
- Are proficient in English and French.
