As a Client Success Team Leader, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of passionate Client Success Managers (CSMs), guiding them to achieve exceptional outcomes for our clients. You will be at the forefront of our client engagement approach, contributing to high adoption and utilization of our products and services. Your key responsibilities as a Client Success Team Leader will include:
- Managing a team of Client Success Managers, providing direction, coaching, and guidance to drive successful outcomes for our clients.
- Contributing to the Client Success engagement approach/framework to drive high adoption and utilization of our products, solutions, and services.
- Ensuring that you and your direct reports have a solid understanding of the phases within a client journey and the standards governing processes, tools, dashboards, and templates are followed.
- Contributing to the creation and collation of metrics and dashboards for your assigned client base, and driving actions to mitigate churn and reverse negative trends.
- Collaborating internally to improve our products, solutions, and services and enable the achievement of our client’s outcomes.
- Being the escalation’s point of contact for your team members, helping them manage client escalations and ensuring they are resolved quickly.
You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Client Success Team Leader:
- You must have Client Success Team Leader / Relationship experience as a strategic and supportive partner in a financial services.
- You should have knowledge about Asset Managers activities/products.
- You will have the ability to coach and motivate a high-performing team.
- You must have exceptional stakeholder management skills and experience, especially at C+ level both internal and external.
- You should have excellent communication skills, skilled at influencing and presenting to small and large audiences.
- You are proficient in business English and French (B2 level or above)
