Role Summary
Responsible for corporate housekeeping, entity management, and KYC requests related to the Luxembourg deal SPVs within Cerberus investment structures.
Reports to
EMEA Head of Legal Operations (based in the Netherlands).
Key Responsibilities
Including, but not limited to:
Corporate Housekeeping
- Governance of board meetings, including attendance and minute-taking.
- Maintenance of up-to-date corporate books and records, including corporate documentation, registrations, shareholders/members registers, and structure charts.
- Ensuring timely and complete document execution and storage in line with company policies.
- Handling KYC requests of banks and third-party service providers.
Entity Management
- Ensuring timely formation and liquidation of investment structures.
- Opening and closing bank accounts.
Requirements
- Resident of Luxembourg or the grand region.
- Excellent English writing skills.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a similar role in Luxembourg.
- Strong knowledge of Luxembourg corporate legislation.
- Ability to work independently.
- Communicative, proactive team player with strong organizational skills.
- Flexible, accurate, and thorough.
- Affinity with IT systems, Microsoft, including SharePoint and PowerBI.
