Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for the assembly, maintenance, and optimization of high-precision injection molds for Closure applications. You will play a key part in ensuring top-quality standards and advancing the technical performance of our tool systems in a global production environment.
Responsibilities:
- Independently assemble and disassemble complex mold systems for Closures
- Read, interpret, and implement detailed technical drawings and assembly documentation
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical issues
- Collaborate closely with design engineering, project management, and quality teams to drive continuous tool improvements
- Analyze molded part quality to identify tool-related issues and ensure optimal part performance
- Contribute to the technical development and refinement of innovative, high-performance mold solutions
Qualifications:
- Completed technical education in mold making preferred, or equivalent training
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in assembly, repair, or optimization of injection molds or stamping tools
- Strong technical knowledge in mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems
- High level of precision, initiative, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in cross-functional and international teams; English communication skills are a strong advantage
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-tech, and quality-focused work environment
Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
