Your Day to Day
- Support the Corporate and Accounting team with administrative tasks throughout the entire client engagement lifecycle
- Draft and manage client engagement documentation (proposals, engagement letters, budgets, reports)
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, manage timelines, and ensure proper follow-up
- Maintain accurate client records, including correspondence, filings, and payment instructions
- Act as a liaison between the team and clients to ensure smooth communication and documentation flow
- Organize and maintain permanent files and ensure proper archiving procedures
- Monitor and respond to client correspondence and handle day-to-day requests promptly
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in administration, secretarial work, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or client support role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; attention to detail is key
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, service-oriented attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Fluent in English; good command of French is a strong asset; any other European language is a plus
