As part of Human Resources Shared Service Centre (HRSSC) – your VIE mission, as part of the IT/IS project transformation team for ArcelorMittal in Luxembourg, will be to interact with internal & external stakeholders and drive and implement the change process for all HRSSC functions (Employee life cycle events, Payroll, Training, Operations, etc.) by supporting the HR Project Lead.

Mission
- Understand and analyze the HR processes within the HRSSC. The targeted processes are mainly, but not limited to payroll, administration and learning & development
- Be part of HR IT/IS transformation projects. You will be expected to analyse, optimise and manage/implement new methods of working
- Document, support and test the development and implementation of IT/Digital projects which will simplify and create time-saving efficiencies for the HRSSC and for the employees of ArcelorMittal Luxembourg
- Oversee and support the organization for a diverse range of populations: interim, internships, apprentices, temporary or permanent contracts, going from blue collars all the way to management level.
- Work collaboratively within the HR Shared Services’ teams and with HR business partners to provide support, advice and expertise in the area of payroll, administration, learning & development and provide proactive inputs on the future workforce and workplace
- Promote ArcelorMittal as an employer of choice within the “Grande Region” and manage the communication to support resourcing and recruitment process through internal (Oracle) and external channels (LinkedIn, …), fairs and social media.
What you’ll need
Education/qualification: Master (University degree)
Subject: Human Resources, IT/IS HR systems, Project Management.
Experience:
- A first experience working on Human Resources systems and/or in project management
- Have gained exposure to IT/IS systems and HR platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Success Factors
- Be capable of extracting and providing concise reporting/data
- Ability to communicate efficiently at all levels of the organization, internally and externally
- Ability to act and operate independently to accomplish objectives
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively at all levels to maximize performance, initiatives, problem solving, and results
- Ability to challenge the status quo and navigate during uncertain times.
- Self-aware, collaborative, people oriented and active listening
- Inclusive leadership, flexible, proactive, client oriented & solution oriented.
- Experience/knowledge of the general industry or steel market/products/production process is an advantage
Languages:
- French and English (fluent),
- Luxembourgish and German is an advantage
- Any other language will be considered as a plus
- Experience out of Human Resources within general or steel industry will be considered as a plus
