POSITION
Lead all aspects of the International Transfer Agent Services team and external providers to manage daily operations for Allspring Luxembourg.
We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 3 days a week.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- The successful candidate will independently assess raised and exception scenarios as part of Allspring’s outsourced model, where routine tasks are handled by external service providers. This role involves making informed decisions across a broad range of topics, including policies, procedures, account type requirements, and intermediary relationships.
- The Senior Analyst may bring up findings to management and impact the resolution, considering financial and reputational risk alongside client expectations. Positive relationships with internal business partners aid in this process, as the Senior Analyst communicates recommendation rationale clearly. All actions are detailed for transparency and a complete audit trail.
- The candidate will assist with initiatives impacting shareholder record-keeping and related systems, including:
- Product launches, closures, liquidations, fund mergers, acquisitions, and data conversions
- Periodic transfer agent system events and managed processes
- Coordination and oversight of shareholder servicing for the Luxembourg Transfer Agent
- Act as a connection and point of contact with the transfer agent for Allspring Luxembourg
- Prepare regulatory reports for selected jurisdictions
- Coordinate investor onboardings in collaboration with internal business partners and the service provider
- Build strong business partnerships, including but not limited to product, distribution, legal, risk, compliance, data and technology
- Align with policies and procedures to follow all relevant regulatory requirements and compliance procedures
- Collaborate with senior leaders and business partners to address processes, workflow, audit, and regulatory issues
- Anticipate and provide solutions to complex business and operations challenges
- Participate in the review of end-to-end business processes to determine where we can simplify and build more efficiencies
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of operations analysis experience
- Expertise in the asset management industry
- Track record of building successful relationships and collaborating with business leaders and partners while driving for tangible results
- Experience managing complex issues and negotiating solutions across teams
- Proven ability to manage and mitigate risk and make sound decisions
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to make timely and independent decisions while working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and management
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where influencing, flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are critically important
- Ability to effectively manage time to meet deadlines
- Find opportunities to improve internal and external customer experience
- Self-motivated, high attention to detail, and extremely organized
- Ability to make decisions based on legal, compliance, regulatory regulations
- Willingness to adapt positively to change and display flexibility when work volumes dictate
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, and Project) skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 7 years of mutual fund industry experience, some Luxembourg experience preferred
- Minimum 5 years of related transfer agent industry experience or equivalent combination of education and experience; Luxembourg experience preferred
- Candidate must have a work permit for Luxembourg or be an EU/EEA resident with the right to work in Luxembourg.
