Our R&D team is looking for a new talent, starting at the earliest possible time as R&D Engineer - Cooling Technology and Testing (m/f/d) in Hosingen, Luxembourg.
How you’ll add value
We are looking for an R&D Engineer - Cooling Technology and Testing (m/f/d), who is an experienced professional to join our R&D team, focusing on the development and testing of new products and cooling technologies. The role also involves identifying and implementing solutions to optimize our existing product portfolio.
What you’ll do
- Design refrigeration products, from individual components to complete systems.
- Contribute to the development, design, and enhancement of products across our entire product range.
- Oversee testing, documentation and risk analysis processes carried out in the R&D department.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with normative and regulatory requirements for refrigeration systems and medical devices.
- Performance modeling and verification of cooling systems.
- Utilize prototypes and conceptual models to validate proof of concept.
- Define project timelines and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Ensure that products meet technical specifications and regulatory standards.
- Research and implementation of innovative cooling technologies.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in science or engineering
- Ideally, a first experience in R&D and project management
- In-depth knowledge of refrigeration products and associated testing methods.
- Proficient in data analysis and the use of statistical tools.
- Experience in developing test methods.
- Familiarity with test standards and product certification processes.
- Preparation and review of technical documentation with rigor.
- Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal.
- Strong team player with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Skilled in problem-solving, logical thinking, and keen observation.
- Flexible, adaptable, and quick to learn and develop new skills.
- Pragmatic, hands-on, and business-driven approach.
