Pwc Luxembourg is hiring a Marketing & Communications Coordinator (m/f/d). What if it was you?

Your mission: Under the supervision of your Manager you’ll work on coordinating tasks, prioritizing deliverables, and developing timelines. You'll collaborate with M&C teams and Business teams to ensure that projects are on track and delivered on time, without compromising the quality.  

Be a part of a team where you will: 

• Build strong relationships with the practice you work with and develop a deep understanding of their business needs, challenges and priorities;  
• Assist in the development, execution and assessment of marketing and communication strategies and plans;
• Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other materials;
• Develop and organize client events;
• Gather, research and prepare M&C materials;
• Prepare or oversee preparation of reports, briefs, presentations,etc;
• Conduct comparative research / benchmark on marketing strategies;
• Measure, analyze client metrics: satisfaction, content usage, campaign success and make recommendations;    
• Provide a transversal administrative and ad hoc support to the M&C team when needed;
• Participate in the definition of targeting lists by using our CRM tools, monitor campaign performance and dashboards, design client journeys.

Let’s talk about you. If you… 

• Hold a Master’s degree (Bac+5 or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, Business Development, Economics, or Business Administration (Ecole de Commerce, IEP, University, or equivalent);
• Have a first professional experience and/or have completed several internships;
• Are interested in working on projects within the financial services sector;
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French - any additional language is an asset;
• Have strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint);
• Are familiar with or curious about customer relationship management tools;
• Demonstrate good knowledge of marketing techniques and methodologies, with a strong understanding of databases, statistical reports, and analysis;
• Combine excellent analytical and organizational skills with curiosity, flexibility, and rigor.
