- Deloitte Luxembourg is looking for a proactive and creative Junior Marketing Strategist to join our growing Marketing & Communications team. This role sits within the Marketing Strategy team, where you’ll help shape the direction of firm-wide and business-line marketing campaigns.
- You will work closely with marketing strategists to support the development and rollout of impactful marketing initiatives aligned to our business goals across Audit & Assurance, Consulting, and Tax services—as well as firm-level branding and thematic campaigns.
- You will also help manage intake from the business, working with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into structured campaign briefs. While campaign production (social media, website, email, etc.) is managed by a dedicated production team, your role is pivotal in crafting the strategy, narrative, and campaign scope that guide that execution.
Your contribution to our success
- Support Campaign Strategy
- Assist in the design of integrated marketing strategies across services and firm-wide themes.
- Contribute to the development of campaign concepts, messaging frameworks, and audience targeting plans.
- Support content strategy across owned, paid, and earned channels (with execution by the production teams).
- Business Intake & Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather campaign requests and translate business objectives into strategic briefs.
- Facilitate alignment between business goals and marketing deliverables.
- Project Coordination
- Help ensure timelines, expectations, and campaign objectives are clearly communicated between the strategy and production teams.
- Monitor campaign progress and keep stakeholders informed on next steps and deliverables.
- Cross-collaboration
- Work hand-in-hand with other strategists, analysts, and the production team to bring campaigns from idea to execution.
- Attend internal meetings to represent marketing strategy and ensure a cohesive approach across all channels.
Your skills
- 3-5 years in marketing, communications, or related fields.
- Expertise in B2B marketing, writing, campaign ideation, and audience segmentation.
- Strong multitasking and timeline management abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Additional: Proactive mindset, fluency in English; French/German is a plus.
