Integrated to the Management Committee of Lombard Odier T&O Service (Europe) SA, as a Corporate Secretary Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in corporate governance and administrative support for executive leadership. This internship will provide exposure to legal frameworks, risk management, and decision-making processes within a corporate environment. Working closely with experienced professionals, you will develop essential skills in organization, communication, and confidentiality.
YOUR ROLE
- Coordination and preparation of presentation materials for the Management Committee (Townhall, ExCo, etc)
- Drafting & circulation of meeting minutes
- Preparation of Reporting such as Reg Reporting
- Management of common mailbox,
- Coordination of internal (sport committee, etc) & external events
- Procedures/Policies Management :
- Coordination with their respective managers regarding deadlines for updating procedures
- Coordination of the formal validation process
- ·Management of publications on the Intranet and communication with LOT&OS Employees
