TASK RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job Description: Aquarius AFF is looking for a student interested in supporting the general office management at its headquarters in Luxembourg. Tasks will vary depending on the project and are primarily administrative in nature. The team aims to provide a broad insight into the vairious aspects of an aerial firefighting company and its organization. While an aviation background is not mandatory, a general interest in aviation and aerial firefighting is highly deisrable.
Main tasks:
- Organization and filing
- Research of records, data input, creation of dashboards
- Support a variety of projects, such as in Crew Planning or Safety & Compliance Monitoring
- Assist in the development of training materials or e-learning modules
- Assist in the daily office management
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Office Administration, or a related field
- Knowledge: MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Skill: Team spirit, open-minded, solution thinking, organizational skills, flexible
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Internship based in Luxembourg, regular office presence expected (located in SANDWEILER)
- A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of a positive selection)
- Flexible working hours
- Availability: start date between July and August for a duration of 3 to 6 months
