As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential support to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.
Perform a wide range of administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, scheduling, and managing correspondence
Oversee file management: collect and organize documents, monitor deadlines, and carry out timely follow-ups
Draft, format, and proofread documents in both French and English
Manage incoming communications: answer phone calls, respond to emails, and redirect inquiries as needed
Maintain and update internal databases and records with accuracy
Ensure the confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information
Job requirements
Excellent command of English and French
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
