The People team is growing! We’re looking to add an enthusiastic, self-starter to our international team for operational, office and HR support as we expand across Europe. (Luxembourg, Netherlands & France)

HR Coordination
You will be the HR face of 3SMoney in Europe this includes:
- Being the face to greet new employees on day 1, making sure they are where they need to be for their onboarding week.
- Awareness management and implementation of office rules (following local policies & procedures)
- Work with our community manager in London and tech ops team to be sure everything is ready for new joiners first day in the office.
- Excellent knowledge of Luxembourg and ideally French and Netherlands employment law and can use this to build and create policies for the region.
- Establish and implement onboarding and offboarding procedures that meet European laws
- Employee support – being the go-to person in Europe for individuals to reach out to. Ensuring channels of communication are open with the wider HR team at 3S Money, to make sure processes are followed correctly.
- Liaising with payroll to ensure a smooth process
- Manage absences and office working
- Managing sickness
- Making sure health and safety and policies around this
About you, you have
- Fluency in English and French, with Dutch as a strong advantage
- A passion for cultivating a positive, energetic office culture
- A reputation as a trusted team member who handles sensitive matters with discretion and care
- A naturally empathetic and upbeat approach to your work
- Strong organisational skills and adaptability — you're comfortable navigating evolving policies and processes as we grow
- At least 2 years of HR experience, ideally in a start-up or scale-up environment
- A solid understanding of HR practices and administrative management
