The Enterprise Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by managing and developing a set of high-potential accounts. This role is centered on fostering long-term, consultative relationships and identifying opportunities to drive meaningful business outcomes through AutoStore solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in enterprise sales and account management, outstanding communication and organizational skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. This role requires a highly proactive, strategic thinker who can engage senior decision-makers, identify opportunities, and convert them into long-term value for both the customer and AutoStore.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Enterprise Sales Manager will contribute to business success through three core focus areas:
Account Management
Sales and Advisory
Opportunity Development and Expansion
These areas are integrated in the day-to-day work and are geared toward growing business within assigned accounts.
Serve as the primary point of contact for a defined portfolio of enterprise accounts.
Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within each account.
Identify and pursue new opportunities within existing accounts by understanding client needs, business goals, and pain points.
Develop customized value propositions and sales strategies for each account, aligned with AutoStore solutions.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to ensure alignment and delivery of client value.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and client environments to provide informed strategic guidance.
Create and execute detailed account plans, including revenue targets, expansion strategies, and risk mitigation.
Participate in relevant industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance customer engagement and visibility.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; an advanced degree is a plus.
At least five years of experience in enterprise sales, key account management, or strategic business development.
Demonstrated ability to manage and grow complex enterprise relationships with measurable outcomes.
Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch or French or German; additional language skills are a plus.
Comfortable working in an highspeed environment with shifting priorities and complex customer needs.
Proven ability to collaborate across functions and operate with a team-oriented mindset.
