We are a leading investment fund manager based in Luxembourg, committed to maintaining the highest standards of compliance and integrity. We are currently seeking a dedicated AML-CFT Compliance Officer to join our financial crime compliance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with 2 to 3 years of AML-CFT experience in the Luxembourg financial sector to advance their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

As an AML-CFT Compliance Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring our compliance with Luxembourg laws and regulations related to anti-money laundering (AML) and countering the financing of terrorism (CFT). You will be responsible for performing oversight activities, conducting KYC on high-risk investors, and executing compliance monitoring controls to mitigate financial crime risks.

Key Responsibilities

Perform oversight and monitoring activities of transfer agents to ensure compliance with AML-CFT requirements.
Conduct thorough KYC and enhanced due diligence (EDD) on high-risk investors, including identification, verification, and ongoing monitoring.
Execute compliance monitoring controls and periodic reviews to detect and prevent financial crime risks.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Luxembourg AML-CFT laws, CSSF circulars, and regulatory expectations.
Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory reports and filings related to AML-CFT.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of AML-CFT policies and procedures.
Support the development and delivery of AML-CFT training and awareness programs.
Participate in internal and external audits and regulatory inspections as required.

Bac + 4 / M1

Formation / Spécialisation

Analytical mind-set, accountable and reliable with strong organizational skills
Pro-active and ability to work under pressure and problem solving attitude
Good personal relationship skills to interact at all levels efficiently
Master Degree in Law, Finance or Economics
Good knowledge of key Luxembourg and European regulations related to investor protection, MIFID, market integrity and AML/CFT

Expérience

2 to 3 years of AML-CFT compliance experience within the Luxembourg financial sector, preferably in asset management or fund management.

Compétences recherchées

Strong knowledge of Luxembourg AML-CFT laws, CSSF circulars, and regulatory framework.
Experience in performing compliance monitoring controls and risk assessments.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Langues

Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French, German, or Luxembourgish is a plus.
