We are a leading investment fund manager based in Luxembourg, committed to maintaining the highest standards of compliance and integrity. We are currently seeking a dedicated AML-CFT Compliance Officer to join our financial crime compliance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with 2 to 3 years of AML-CFT experience in the Luxembourg financial sector to advance their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
As an AML-CFT Compliance Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring our compliance with Luxembourg laws and regulations related to anti-money laundering (AML) and countering the financing of terrorism (CFT). You will be responsible for performing oversight activities, conducting KYC on high-risk investors, and executing compliance monitoring controls to mitigate financial crime risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform oversight and monitoring activities of transfer agents to ensure compliance with AML-CFT requirements.
- Conduct thorough KYC and enhanced due diligence (EDD) on high-risk investors, including identification, verification, and ongoing monitoring.
- Execute compliance monitoring controls and periodic reviews to detect and prevent financial crime risks.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Luxembourg AML-CFT laws, CSSF circulars, and regulatory expectations.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory reports and filings related to AML-CFT.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of AML-CFT policies and procedures.
- Support the development and delivery of AML-CFT training and awareness programs.
- Participate in internal and external audits and regulatory inspections as required.

Formation / Spécialisation
- Analytical mind-set, accountable and reliable with strong organizational skills
- Pro-active and ability to work under pressure and problem solving attitude
- Good personal relationship skills to interact at all levels efficiently
- Master Degree in Law, Finance or Economics
- Good knowledge of key Luxembourg and European regulations related to investor protection, MIFID, market integrity and AML/CFT

Expérience
- 2 to 3 years of AML-CFT compliance experience within the Luxembourg financial sector, preferably in asset management or fund management.
Compétences recherchées
- Strong knowledge of Luxembourg AML-CFT laws, CSSF circulars, and regulatory framework.
- Experience in performing compliance monitoring controls and risk assessments.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
