We support a wide range of clients on their most pressing sustainability challenges and opportunities through a spectrum of offerings ranging from defining sustainability priorities and strategy to full implementation. You will have a key role supporting the team with growing opportunities and delivering high quality engagements. The ideal candidate should be able to develop strong client relationships and be an expert in sustainability relevant topics. Staying up to date on key developments is key to the role.
What you will do
You will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:
- Set up of ESG (environment, social and governance) strategy and products, ESG Due Diligences and Risk analysis.
- Support clients in their ESG data collection process mapping, governance, internal control, technology selection and its relevant implementation project
- Follow developments in the area of sustainable finance and emerging regulations (e.g. CSRD, EUT, EUDR, CSDDD and etc.)
- Drive market and eminence initiatives, including development of new service offerings and marketing campaigns within the practice
- Lead the successful planning and execution of projects
- Build strong client relationships, internal networks and play a significant part in new business proposals
- Develop and lead timely communications - both internal and external - relevant to our professionals and clients in order to promote the sustainability practice
- Develop materials for and participate in the delivery of presentations to clients and firm personnel
Who you are
- Master’s degree in finance, economics or business management with a specialization in sustainable management or environmental finance
- Consulting experience, in roles associated with sustainability/ESG (environmental, social, governance) matters, in particular in ESG data collection process mapping and internal control is a plus
- Enjoy working with clients to identify new solutions and business opportunities,
- Have a desire to learn about different sectors, regulatory topics as well as technology and AI to solve our clients’ most pressing challenges, and thrive in a constantly changing environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Good communication skills with the ability to develop strong client relationships and the capacity to research, analyze and present information
- Accurate, detail-oriented and reliable
- Aptitude to communicate effectively in English, any other language is an asset
