About the role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supervisor to manage the core accounting functions of Herbalife Luxembourg Distributions. This role is responsible for overseeing the Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Credit Control, and other general accounting and reporting operations to ensure efficiency in financial processes.
In this role, you will:
- Actively supervise and support one accountant to perform day to day accounting and bookkeeping activities
- Act as a first point of contact with different stakeholders (customers/importers, vendors, Herbalife employees) any queries or questions related to the entity
- Be responsible for weekly/monthly reporting to US Corporate office
- Prepare/review monthly account reconciliations
- Produce weekly statements
- Prepare quarterly reconciliation with importers (customers)
- Manage all the necessary Oracle setups (customers, vendors, etc.)
- Provide support in different projects (implementation of new ERP system, new country opening etc.)
- Perform ad hoc duties assigned by Accounting Manager or Director
Our Requirements:
- Fluency in English (any other language is an advantage)
- Must be highly numerate
- Very good communication skills
- At least 3 years of experience in a dynamic international environment
- Proven ability to work under pressure
- Organized and structured
- Ability to work closely as part of a team
- Vendors/Customers focused individual
- Good command in Excel / Word
- Knowledge of Oracle and US GAAP is an advantage
Education:
- University degree in Accounting or Finance
