ROLE
We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing & Communication Intern to join our team. You will assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies, collaborate on campaign execution, and contribute creative ideas to expand our marketing channels. This internship offers valuable experience in marketing and communication, helping you build essential skills for a fast-paced work environment. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with good multitasking and organizational skills and a basic understanding of marketing principles.
MISSIONS
- Assist with the update and contribute to the development of our marketing materials (clients presentations, brochures, flyers, firm’s database requests)
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing deliverables in line with the Group guidelines
- Contribute to communication campaigns and activity coordination, including LinkedIn, e-newsletters, video tools
- Assist in all facets of event management & coordination: invitation drafting, emailing campaign, registrations follow-up, external suppliers management and post-event analysis
- Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
- Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and web)

REQUIRED PROFILE
- Relevant student Master’s degree
- Strong communication skills in English and French (oral and written)
- Good command of Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
- Strong interest in digital marketing including google analytics - Social media savvy
- Mastering of InDesign, Canvas and Photoshop and / or video editing is an advantage
