As a Service Design Intern, you’ll help turn bold ideas into tangible outcomes. You’ll translate business strategies, user research, and data into meaningful experiences that matter—shaping the future of how we serve our clients.

Be a part of our team where you will gain hands-on experience across a variety of projects, contributing to our mission to:
- Apply Design Thinking and co-creation techniques to work differently;
- Use creative problem-solving methods;
- Create user requirement specifications, including personas, problem statements, scenarios, customer journeys, detailed wireframes, and other tools, to effectively communicate the user experience;
- Merge research findings, new ideas, creative innovation, and best practices to generate unique, strategic solutions;
- Design and create deliverables that support the execution of business emphasizing:
- Knowledge of UX design best practices;
- Knowledge of workshop design and facilitation;
- Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite and/or related UI/UX tools Present the content in an intelligent, innovative, and creative manner such as infographics, brochures, etc;
- Knowledge in the tools to create prototypes from fast to polished ones; Familiarity with Webflow, Figma or others;
- Build interactive prototypes;
- Work in an international multidisciplinary team.
Let’s talk about you. If you …
- Currently undertake a bachelor’s or master's degree in a Business School or University;
- Have strong affinity with Innovation, Agile and Design Thinking principles;
- Either hold a certification on Service Design or Innovation or have a strong interest in the subject;
- Have an in-depth knowledge of B2B customer experiences and their journeys.
- Understand design principles, have an eye for detail and know how to combine image, text, and color to convey the key message across;
- Have MS365 Office skills, PowerPoint, Word and Excel;
- Have already worked with virtual whiteboards, such as Mural, MS teams, or Miro and are keen to become expert in the use of these tools;
- Are well versed in various social media and comfortable with content promotion;
- Are bold, innovative, curious, have a 'can do attitude' and can adapt to changing circumstances;
- Are fluent in English and French, German is an asset.
