Are you a wizard with Microsoft Power Platform, eager to transform business processes and craft innovative digital solutions? At Devoteam Luxembourg, we're seeking a talented and passionate Senior Power Platform Engineer to join our team. You will play a crucial role in leveraging the full potential of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to deliver impactful solutions for our diverse clients. Key Responsibilities

• Design & Build: Architect and develop robust Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), insightful Power BI dashboards, and complex Power Automate workflows to streamline business processes;
• Integration: Connect Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook), Dynamics 365, and other systems using APIs or custom connectors;
• Security & Governance: Ensure data security, governance, and compliance within all Power Platform environments;
• Support & Maintenance: Provide expert maintenance and support for existing Power Platform solutions, swiftly troubleshooting and resolving issues;
• Knowledge Sharing: Lead engaging workshops and training sessions, empowering users and fostering Power Platform adoption;
• Collaborative Design: Partner closely with business stakeholders to meticulously gather requirements and translate them into precise, effective technical specifications.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Power Platform Expertise: Proven experience in Power Apps, Power Automate (including Cloud Flows, connectors, expressions), Copilot Studio, Dataverse and data modeling;
• Microsoft Ecosystem Integration: Familiarity with Microsoft 365 integration (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook), ALM, security roles, permissions, and environment management;
• Technical Foundations: Basic knowledge of PowerShell or CLI for Power Platform and ability to advise on governance, licensing, and security best practices;
• Language: Fluent in English and French;
• Adaptability & Collaboration: Strong communication skills, ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment;
• Migration Experience: Expertise in legacy systems and experience with migration projects to Azure is a significant asset.

Nice to Have

• Microsoft Certifications: Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-400 Power Platform Developer, PL-100 App Maker, PL-600 Solution Architect) are a distinct advantage;
• Power BI Prowess: Experience with Power BI, including report building, DAX, and advanced data modeling;
• Virtual Agent Experience: Familiarity with Power Virtual Agents;
• Azure Integration: Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, or developing custom connectors;
• Agile/DevOps Mindset: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Git).
