At Deloitte's Fund Registration Team, we assist the fund management industry by facilitating cross-border notifications of UCITS and AIFs across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America. Our Distribution Advisory Services team serves the investment fund industry, supporting our clients' global fund distribution with operational assistance, technical expertise, and project coordination.
We are expanding and seeking motivated, dynamic individuals to join us in cross-border fund registration.
What you will do
Coordinate Cross-Border Fund Registration & Post-Registration Projects:
- Collaborate with global asset managers to market investment products across Europe and beyond.
- Facilitate authorization from regulatory authorities and ensure compliance with post-registration requirements.
Develop & Apply Regulatory Expertise:
- Dive deep into local and global regulations surrounding fund distribution, especially UCITS and AIFs.
- Analyze regulatory changes impacting client activities and offer well-informed advice.
Client Service Management:
- Act as a trusted advisor, maintaining regular client communication and project updates.
- Lead calls, presentations, and meetings to keep clients informed on project status.
Stakeholder Interaction:
- Work closely with regulatory authorities and clients' legal advisors for seamless project execution.
Who you are
About You
- Experienced: At least 3 years in a similar role or within the fund industry, specifically in cross-border fund distribution.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (oral and written); knowledge of French or German is a plus.
- Organized: Efficiently manage workload, prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Proactive: Known for reliability, attention to detail, and rigorous approach.
- Excellent Communicator: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Adaptive Learner: Positive attitude with a penchant for swift learning.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office tools—Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
