The Corporate Sector Coverage team offers an exciting position in Luxembourg for an ambitious professional who enjoys working in an international environment.
Summary
As part of ING Wholesale Banking, the Corporate Sector Coverage team serves large local and multinational companies in Luxembourg, managing approximately 150 clients through a multi-product, multi-location strategy and focusing on long-term relationships. The facilities and products provided to our clients are varied in structure and complexity, which requires an adequate professional level of client coverage and product knowledge.
Your key responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
- Support Relationship Managers in managing client relationships.
- Develop and maintain a personal portfolio of Luxembourg-based clients.
- Coordinate with the Parent Account Manager responsible for global client relationships within the ING network.
Business Development & Internal Collaboration
- Build and leverage an internal network to expand ING’s business with clients.
- Assist in the origination of products across all ING business lines.
- Collaborate with product specialists and international ING offices.
- Represent the sector in various business-related projects.
Compliance & Data Management
- Ensure high standards of data quality and compliance.
- Assist with Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and related compliance processes.
- Keep client data systems and tools accurate and up to date.
Operational & Strategic Support
- Prepare client presentations and pitch materials.
- Support business committee submissions and conduct market analysis.
- Assist Relationship Managers with deal structuring, KYC, and CDD for account openings and entity onboarding.
- Contribute to various ad hoc projects and provide day-to-day support to Relationship Managers.
