You’ll be working in the Private Assets Fund Administration – Real Estate Fund Accounting team in Luxembourg.
This is a role for the legal entity UBS Fund Administration Services Luxembourg S.A. .
Your expertise
We are looking for an applicant who can demonstrate:
• a university degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Business and/or a qualified accountant with detailed knowledge across Lux GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
• minimum 5+ years’ experience in Real Estate Fund Accounting within a Financial Service provider, Audit Company managing Real Estate clients (both direct and indirect) or financial reporting for alternative investment structure with main focus on real estate.
• knowledge of IFRS, Luxembourg GAAP and INREV reporting frameworks.
• knowledge of the consolidation principles.
• understanding of real estate investment structures, including SPVs and fund vehicles.
• experience in the preparation of regulatory filings.
• proven sense of responsibility, organization, rigor and precision.
• very good time management skills with an ability to work under pressure.
• ability to recognize priorities and multi task.
• team player with ability to collaborate with others.
• self-drive, proactive mindset, with attention to details.
• excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
• Investran knowledge (FIS Private Capital Suite) will be an advantage.
• fluency in English (both written and spoken), German will be an advantage
