Your next challenge
- Manual Testing: Conduct thorough manual tests on existing and new software applications to identify bugs and ensure high-quality performance.
- Automated Testing: Develop and implement automated testing strategies and scripts for both existing and new applications to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.
- Testing Culture: Cultivate a robust testing culture within the team by engaging with team members, sharing best practices, and promoting a quality-first mindset.

Ownership of Testing Processes: Take full ownership of the testing lifecycle, including planning, execution, documentation, and continuous improvement of testing methodologies and processes.
- Experience: Between 3 and 7 years of proven experience in software quality assurance with strong knowledge of both manual and automated testing techniques.
- Familiarity with industry-standard testing tools and frameworks.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a development team and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Passionate about creating a testing culture and committed to driving quality across all levels of development.
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically.
- Experience in creating and implementing testing solutions in an agile environment is a plus.
