Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
Are you a Project Manager ready for your next professional challenge? Amaris Consulting is looking for a driven and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Luxembourg. This full-time position is ideal for someone with a strong background in project management, especially in the Corporate & Investment Banking sector.
Oversee project management activities across business and strategic initiatives, with a focus on Corporate & Investment Banking.
Ensure timely delivery of all projects, meeting scope, budget, and quality expectations.
Monitor project progress and maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation, including business cases, issue logs, and project plans.
Provide regular reporting to management and escalate issues as necessary.
Collect and analyze business requirements, aligning them with project goals and organizational needs.
Conduct process analysis and re-engineering to enhance operational efficiency.
Perform organizational impact analysis to support adaptation to internal and external regulatory changes.
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure alignment with technical and business requirements.
Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring transparency, alignment, and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
A minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Project Manager in Banking and Finance.
A bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, with a preference for candidates from Bocconi University in Italy.
Proven experience in organizational design and process improvement initiatives.
Strong organizational mindset with a client-oriented approach.
Effective problem-solver with a proactive attitude toward overcoming challenges.
Capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Fluency in English and Italian is required; knowledge of French is a plus
