At Quento, we empower our people to innovate and lead in delivering transformative ICT solutions to our clients worldwide. Quento Technologies, the ICT services arm of QUALCO Group, seeks a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager for overseeing and executing complex technology projects.
Responsibilities:
- Guide project activities and review deliverables;
- Analysis of business needs, formulating and drafting functional and non-functional business specifications;
- Analyzing, documenting, modelling business processes, providing cost/benefit analysis, suggesting process improvements;
- Estimate costs, timescales and resource requirements for the successful completion of each project to agreed terms of reference;
- Prepare and maintain project and quality plans and tracks activities against the plan, provide regular and accurate reports;
- Monitor costs, timescales and resources used, and take action where these deviate from agreed tolerances. Ensure that delivered systems are implemented within these criteria;
- Manage the change control procedure gaining agreement for revisions to the project from project sponsors;
- System management activities;
- Participate in functional and technical working groups and progress meetings;
- Ensuring that all activities and duties comply fully with regulatory requirements, including the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field;
- At least 5 years of professional experience in IT sector;
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Project Management of computer software construction along with practical hands-on experience with most stages of the system development life-cycle;
- At least 1 year of professional experience with quality assurance;
- Knowledge of web technologies and standards (e.g. HTML/CSS, JSON, XML);
- Strong technical skills and thorough understanding of software development processes and technologies;
- Risk management and technical documentation skills;
- Stakeholder management and budget management skills;
- One from the following certificates: Project Management Professional (PMP), Professional SCRUM, Master, Certified Scrum Master, PRINCE 2 Foundation, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PM² Essential)Project Management certification, is required;
- Excellent command of the English language and basic knowledge of French (A2) language;
