Your future team:
The Project Management Assistant will support our Investment Management Team by anticipating and dealing with their requirements and ensuring that our Audit & Assurance teams and business priorities are achieved.
Your next challenge:
- Provide assistance in terms of planning, finance reporting
- Proceed with time checks and reporting on a weekly and monthly basis for Global reporting
- Be a key contact person for our audit and assurance teams and ensure that all relevant information is collected, and actions taken accordingly
- Provide appropriate support in terms of communication, internal procedures and PowerPoint presentations
- Monitor, follow and manage the mailbox and take actions accordingly
Your skills:
- First relevant professional experience as Team Assistant or equivalent role considered as an asset
- Be adaptable to the change
- strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail, service-oriented mindset
- capacity to manage priorities and deadlines with a sense of initiative
- Innovative mindset and capacity to challenge existing situations
- strong IT proficiency especially in Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in German and English
