Product Manager – Financial Markets & Global Treasury services

ING Luembourg is looking for a Product Manager – Financial Markets & Global Treasury services, who will be working in the tribe Wholesale Banking Products & Channels. The aim of this tribe is to deliver high quality products and services to the Wholesale Banking department for an improved uniform client eperience. The team is SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for Wholesale Banking and Financial Market & Global Treasury functional lines and leverage as much as possible on all ING-wide initiatives.

Role overview

We are seeking an eperienced and dynamic Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of financial market and global treasury solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and enhance products that address the needs of our financial markets and treasury operations.

Job description

You work in a Squad within ING's Agile organization, and you work with other eperts to achieve the Squad's mission.

Your key responsibilities:

• Define the product roadmap for financial markets and global treasury solutions.
• Truly understand your products, services, and processes end-to-end and you keep this knowledge up to date.
• Partner with key stakeholders, including business leaders, tech teams, Financial Market and Global Treasury functional line and end-users, to gather and prioritize requirements.
Align product development initiatives with business goals, with e
• ternal regulations, risk management frameworks and compliance policies,
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the strategic roadmap.

• perience to contribute to all sprint events (planning, refinements, retrospectives, demos)

Your profile

Competencies / Behavior:

• Strong understanding of financial instruments, global treasury operations, liquidity management, and risk assessment.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Eperience:

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of e
• perience as a Product Manager/Owner or similar role, in financial markets or treasury management.
E
• perience working in Agile/Scrum environments with proficiency in tools like, Azure, Confluence, or similar platforms.

Languages:

• Fluency in English and in French (verbal and written)
