What You’ll Be Doing
This isn’t just another internship. As part of our Luxembourgish team, you’ll be fully immersed in real projects from day one:
Operations Management:
- Customer Experience: Ensure our B2C, B2B, and End-of-Tenancy services run smoothly, delivering top-tier experiences to our customers.
- Customer Success: Improve our clients retention by solving problems relating to agent absences, handling different kind of complaints with care and cleverness, insuring a 5* service and gathering feedback on our performances.
- Agent management: Provide our cleaning agents with the support they need in their daily routine by answering their questions and requests.
- Operational Strategy: Collaborate with our leadership to streamline processes and enhance our operational efficiency.
Recruitment:
- A to Z recruitment of cleaning agents according to the company's needs.
- Screening of CVs, telephone calls, face-to-face interviews.
- Employment contracts signature and training of hired agents.
- Onboarding and management of the new agents.
Growth
- Process Improvement: Give your input to help us improve our existing processes, making our business management more efficient.
- Brand Strategy: Contribute to shaping and maintaining our brand identity across multiple markets.
- Growth Hacking: Work with our growth team to explore new strategies for scaling our services and expanding our market reach.
Requirements
