Our LAI team brings together specialists in all types of litigation and arbitration matters. We seek to deliver creative and commercially workable solutions, working closely with other practice areas to provide a complete and integrated service to clients, including corporate, finance, tax, planning and environment and competition.
In view of the growing market opportunities, we intend to strengthen our team by recruiting a:
Litigation, Arbitration & Investigations Junior Lawyer
Key responsibilities
- Participate in projects covering all areas of both litigation and arbitration law with a strong background in civil and commercial law;
- Manage the out-of-court assistance, but also the litigation aspects in front of the courts;
- Work closely with other departments (cross-practice) and offices in other jurisdictions (cross-border matters).
What we are looking for:
Qualifications and Skills
- A European qualified (or soon to be qualified) lawyer with outstanding academic qualifications;
- Fluent in written and spoken French and English. German and/or Luxembourgish would be an asset;
- Team player who is also capable of working independently;
- Good drafting skills;
- Client and solution oriented;
- Excellent communication, writing and analytical skills.
