As a Lending Services Intern, youwillbe part of a 19-person departmentconsisting of the "Personal Lending Services" and "Business Lending Services" teams.
The "Lending Services" departmentwithin ING Luembourg mainly carries out the followingmissions:
- Responsibility and final responsibility for the operationaleecution of the various types of creditoffered to customers;
- Objective to provide a fast and impeccable quality service to ourinternal and eternalcustomers;
- Culture of continuous process improvement;
- Helping and supporting all of the Bank's business lineswith regard to the operationaleecution of loans;
- Validation of regulatory and functional reports. (CSSF, So, ....);
- Management and/or active participation in the variousprojectshaving an impact on the creditactivity, whethertheseprojects are initiated by the Lending Services department, by anotherdepartment of the Bank, uponreceipt of new requirements CSSF, So, etc.
Your main mission:
Take charge of the completeoperational management of credit files.
Your main tasks:
- To process requests to besubmitted to decision-makingbodies;
- Draft contractual documentation and all appropriatecorrespondence;
- Proceedwith the implementation of credits;
- Carry out all the necessaryaccounting and follow-up until the repayment of loans;
- Rigorouslymaintainrecords;
- Constantly challenge processes in order to simplifythemwhilecontrollingoperationalrisk.
You willwork in close collaboration with the sales representatives of the business linesconcerned but alsowith the "Risk" departments (CRM, MRM, Legal, ...), Bank Treasuryaswell as other support departments (Client Services, Payment, Finance, IT...).
You willalsoberequired to communicateregularlywitheternal stakeholders (ING Group, Facility Agents, Notaries, InsuranceCompanies, EternalAuditors, etc.)
Your profile
Minimum BAC +3 in economics/finance or equivalentdegree.
A first eperience in a similar position willbeconsidered an advantage.
Skills:
- Good analytical, judgmental and communication skills;
- Administrative rigour and ecellent organization, particularly in the management of priorities;
- Spirit of initiative and potential for autonomy in the work;
- High motivation to learn and engage in the function;
- Fleibility and proactivity in handling cases;
- Strong customer focus and proventeamworkskills.
Oral and writtenfluency in French and English is essential.
