Your mission: The Leadership Development Expert is responsible for designing, implementing and managing leadership development solutions that align with the organization’s goals. This role ensures that leaders at all levels are equipped with the necessary skills, mindset, and behaviors to drive business success, foster a strong leadership pipeline, and promote a high-performance culture.
The Leadership Development Expert collaborates across HR and other functions to drive continuous improvement and effectively influence senior leaders throughout the organization.
Be a part of our team where you will:
1. Participate to Leadership Development Program Design & Implementation:
- Translate the leadership development strategy into learning solutions that support organizational objectives;
- Design, deliver, and manage leadership development programs for various levels (from associates to executive leaders);
- Scale existing and new learning solutions across various levels and lines of services;
- Align leadership development initiatives with business needs and company culture;
- Leverage industry best practices, research, and innovative learning methodologies and tools to enhance leadership capabilities;
- Create mechanisms and measurement methodologies to assess the impact of learning experiences;
- Collaborate with external vendors and consultants to enhance leadership programs.
2. Contribute to Coaching and Soft Skills Development:
- Contribute to the development and scaling of frameworks that promote coaching practices across leadership levels and service lines;
- Develop and facilitate workshops and learning experiences that strengthen essential soft skills such as communication, emotional intelligence, dealing with ambiguity, learning agility;
- Collaborate with HR partners and senior leaders to identify and support opportunities for embedding coaching and feedback practices into key stages of the employee lifecycle.
3. Manage Learning Experiences Design & Facilitation
- Create and curate content, materials, and resources – both standalone and supplementary to learning solutions;
- Ensure the successful execution of inclusive and engaging experiences with specific learning outcomes;
- Facilitate and organize training events and workshops (in-person, remote, hybrid);
- Utilize blended learning approaches, including e-learning, virtual learning, and experiential training;
4. Measure Performance & Impact:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess leadership development effectiveness;
- Track program impact through feedback, assessments, and business performance metrics;
- Revise programs based on data insights and evolving business needs;
- Maintain a continuous improvement mindset to constantly simplify and enhance the L&D processes.
5. Be involved in Stakeholder Management:
- Partner with business leaders, Sr HRBPs to understand leadership development needs;
- Work with Talent Management, Diversity Equity Inclusion, Human Capital teams to integrate leadership initiatives into broader talent strategies;
- Influence key senior leaders to drive successful adoption of learning solutions.

- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field;
- Have 8+ years of experience in leadership development, talent management, or related HR functions;
- Possess strong knowledge of leadership theories, adult learning principles, and coaching methodologies;
- Demonstrate experience on designing and delivering leadership training programs and professional coaching;
- Possess excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills;
- Are able to influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders;
- Show proficiency in data-driven decision-making and leadership assessment tools;
- Have experience with digital learning, e-learning tools, and emerging leadership development technologies and innovation.
