Your Day to Day
- Act as a key administrative support for the Corporate and Accounting team
- Organize meetings and prepare necessary documentation (e.g. Board Packs, AG convocations)
- Handle correspondence, client communications, and general mailbox monitoring
- Ensure timely follow-up on client and internal requests
- Maintain and update permanent files and client records
- Support the preparation and submission of filings (e.g. RCS deposits)
- Process payment instructions and assist with document archiving
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in administration, secretarial studies, or a related field
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in an administrative or client support role
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, service-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities
- Good command of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English is required; French is a strong asset; any other European language is a plus
