The key responsibilities of the role include:
- Analyse business needs and transform them into functional IT specifications
- Design, propose and document effective solutions in close collaboration with business and technical teams
- Participate in projects and acts as an intermediary between IT and business departments
- Create test cases and test new functionalities and ensure the quality and reliability of solutions
- Manage all administrative tasks around change implementation
- Provide production support and ensure continuity of BI services
- Identify and drive improvements that bring added value to our fund administration operations
- Produce User-guide and organise trainings when required
The successful candidate will benefit from having:
- Experience in fund administration business processes
- A solid understanding of fund accounting (preferably with experience in GP4)
- Sound knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL for Oracle databases
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset
- Demonstrated ability to clearly explain complex requirements and technical solutions in an understandable way
- A self-motivated and proactive attitude
- Strong consulting and communication skills to effectively manage stakeholder expectations
- Experience in SAP Business Objects or any other Business Intelligence Suite is considered a strong asset
- Fluency in English (German, Luxembourgish, French is a plus)
