Fundrock LIS, part of the APEX Group, is currently looking to add further bench strength and support within our Internal Audit team.
As an Internal Audit Officer, you can expect to:
Report to the Chief Internal Auditor;
Supporting the risk based preparation of the annual and mid-term audit plan;
Responsible planning and execution of audits;
Establishing and following-up of the department’s processes and procedures;
Acting as contact person for the management and department heads for issues relating to internal audit and internal control system;
Conducting an efficient follow-up of audits to check the proper implementation of the agreed measures and recommendations;
Supporting the quarterly reporting of Internal Audit to the Board and various group committees;
Conducting special audits/tasks/projects on request.
To apply for this Internal Audit Officer role, you will need at least a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies or a comparable qualification. You will also require the following:
Internship experience as auditor within the financial sector would be beneficial;
In-depth knowledge of audit techniques;
A high sense of accuracy and the ability to structure, analyse and evaluate complex information and processes;
Profound organisation and coordination skills;
Ability to interact and negotiate with numerous stakeholders;
Sound knowledge of MS Office;
Fluent communication skills in English – both verbally and written - German and any other European language advantageous.
