ARHS Group, part of Accenture, is looking for a motivated Functional Support Analyst to join our client-facing team in Luxembourg. If you have strong analytical thinking, solid SQL skills, and a collaborative mindset, this is a great opportunity to grow within a dynamic support environment.
THE WORK:
- Monitor and manage a shared support mailbox to address user issues.
- Analyze incoming requests and determine appropriate resolutions or escalation to the development team.
- Perform functional testing of new features and bug fixes, using Excel-based templates.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with users and technical teams.
- Validate fixes and updates prior to deployment by executing manual test scenarios.
- Support issue tracking and documentation using Jira.
- Use SQL and PHPMyAdmin to analyze data and investigate issues at the database level.
- Collaborate closely with 2-3 other team members to ensure high-quality service and reliability.
Onsite at client site: This role requires an onsite presence with our clients and partners to support project delivery and strengthen client relationships. Our roles require in-person time to encourage collaboration, learning, and relationship-building with clients, colleagues, and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar IT application support, functional analyst role.
- Good knowledge of SQL and ability to write/understand queries.
- Experience with Excel (including structured templates for testing or analysis).
- Experience using Jira or other ticketing tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a support context.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
- Familiarity with PHPMyAdmin or equivalent tools.
- Understanding of basic SaaS platforms and ability to analyze application logs.
