The roleThe Founder's Associate will work closely with the Strategic & Finance Lead and Leadership of the company to support them in all aspects of the business. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable individual who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, the ability to anticipate needs, solid financial & analysis skills and a passion for entrepreneurship.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Circu Li-ion Strategic & Finance Lead and Leadership on various key strategic projects
- Be responsible for financial planning, risk management, and investment activities
- Oversee the Company’s internal operations
- Perform accounting, annual audits and tax activities
- Provide hands-on support to transform ideas into reality and monitor progress
- Be involved and take ownership of financial projects
- Support in the fundraising process (incl. Reporting)
- Assist with the preparation of presentations, proposals, etc.
- Lead meetings with clear planning and coordination
- Bring to completion specific projects and initiatives
- Contribute to the implementation and sustainability of HR strategy
- Completed a Bachelor's degree in Finance / Economics, or any comparable subject from a top tier university or in your final year of studies
- 1-3 years experience in a financial, FP&A, Business Analysis or Business Manager role
- Has collected first practical experience in fast paced environment (startups or consulting)
- Hands on, proactive, self-starter mentality and entrepreneurial vision
- Enthusiasm for sustainability & B2B
- Ability to work in a high-performing, demanding environment handling a broad variety of tasks
- Possess exceptional organizational, analytical and structured problem solving skills
- Confidence and comfort to work in a lean organization and agile environment
