We are currently looking for a Financial Reporting Specialist to support our growing operations in the Reporting Team.
Job Specification
- Support clients/auditors queries, review and monitor the financial statements (Lux GAAP, IFRS, US GAAP) and Long Form reports
- Produce regulatory reporting (CSSF, BCL) on a monthly basis, quarterly and annually basis
- Monitoring and reviewing AIFM, Fatca and CRS reports
- Ensure subscription tax are prepared within the required standards and meet the latest reporting requirements
- Take ownership of recurring monthly, quarterly, annually reporting and executive dashboards both at Luxembourg statutory level but also at group level
- Ensure integrity, accuracy and timeliness of reporting deliverables
- Implement policies and procedures and controls are followed
- Maintain comprehensive calendars for your respective financial reporting deliverables and events
Skills Required
- Deep knowledge of Luxembourg regulatory reporting, subscription tax and accounting
- Previous experience of 5-10 years within the Investment Fund industry
- Well organized, detail-oriented with ability to manipulate large volume of data
- Capacity to question and optimise existing processes
- Analytic and problem-solving skills
- Strong MS office skills (Word, Excel) and affinity with funds industry software packages
- (Knowledge of Paxus would be an advantage)
- Equally able to communicate with both business and technical departments
- Team player, customer- and improvement-minded
- Able to work autonomously
- Good written and verbal communication skills and proactive attitude
- Fluent in English (German will be an asset)
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Demonstrate initiative
- Ability to work under pressure
