Your next challenge
- Develop a true business partnering approach to deliver insightful management information to business leaders, driving and supporting strategic decisions
- Work closely with the Business Controllers and other finance teams in delivering management reporting and analytics
- Coordinate financial controlling activities for different service lines and act as the Finance point of contact vis-à-vis business leaders
- Participate to day-to-day controlling activities by performing analysis and reviews of performance (revenue analysis, gross margin analysis)
- Participate to budgeting and forecasting processes
- Perform periodic overhead costs analysis, cost allocation processing
- Support in ad-hoc analysis of complex business topics (e.g. intercompany sales, pricing)
- Analyse extensive datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support business decision-making.
- Support permanent innovative processes by contributing to continuous improvements of our financial controlling processes to maximise business development and returns
Your skills
- Master’s degree from University or Business School
- Having between 2 and 5 years of experience in finance department
- Good communication and adaptation skills in interacting with people at different levels
- Excellent organization and analytical skills combined with methods and analytical approach
- Great team player with positive attitude in a challenging environment
- Fluent level in French and English (both oral and written)
- Computer literacy (PowerPoint / Excel)
