Who we’re looking for
We are looking for a motivated individual who will report to the Finance Revenue Operations Team Leader within the Finance department.
The Finance Revenue Operations Analyst is processing the Schroders Group gross revenue earned from client investments into pooled funds in the UK, Europe, APAC and the US. Pooled fund fees are charged directly in the fund accounts and generated either by third party providers or through Schroders’ process.
The Finance Revenue Operations Analyst also performs calculations, reconciliations, accounting and reporting of rebates due to intermediaries globally. Rebates are a form of discount typically of the management fees charged upfront in the pooled funds. The scale of the discount is determined in fee schedules which are part of the contractual arrangement that Schroders enters with its counterparties.
In the past 15 years, the Schroders Group Finance function has expanded the role of the Finance Operations team in Luxembourg, creating a global centre of competence for the processing and booking of fees earned from pooled funds, as well as rebates calculated and paid to intermediaries globally.
