Your mission: In this role, you will act as a key connector between our content initiatives, digital campaigns, and marketing teams.
You will coordinate content planning and campaign visibility across business lines, monitor performance, and act as an advisor to ensure each initiative reaches the right audience, through the right format and the right channels. You will also bring hands-on expertise in paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, YouTube) to amplify our visibility and impact.
Be a part of our team where you will:
- Maintain an up-to-date overview of PwC Luxembourg’s content initiatives (blog, podcast, video series, web articles, etc.) and contribute to content planning by ensuring clarity on timelines, formats, and key messages;
- Support the consolidation and implementation of our content strategy across teams and digital channels, fostering alignment and collaboration;
- Act as a content advisor for marketing and business teams, helping them choose the most relevant format and timeline based on their objectives and audience;
- Keep up with content marketing trends, formats, search behaviour, and AI innovations to help shape modern and effective communications;
- Monitor and assess the performance of campaigns and content using dashboards and analytics tools (reach, engagement, clicks, conversions, etc.);
- Track campaigns across industries and service offerings to assess effectiveness and identify what’s working or not;
- Design and execute specific paid digital campaigns on LinkedIn, Google Ads, YouTube, and Meta, in collaboration with internal stakeholders;
- Monitor performance of paid ads and recommend adjustments when needed to improve ROI.

- Bring 3+ years of proven experience in content marketing, digital communications, or campaign coordination;
- Have a strong command of diverse content formats such as blogs, podcasts, videos, and LinkedIn carousels, along with an understanding of how they perform across platforms;
- Possess hands-on experience managing or advising on paid campaigns across major channels including LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and YouTube;
- Are familiar with performance analytics tools and capable of turning data into actionable insights;
- Demonstrate a creative mindset and strategic thinking, combined with a practical, hands-on approach;
- Excel in project coordination and thrive when working cross-functionally with marketers, creatives, and business stakeholders;
- Show a strong understanding of storytelling techniques, digital trends, audience behaviors, and evolving platform capabilities;
- Communicate fluently and professionally in written and spoken English.
